Our Anchor this month is Self- Control. "Self-control is having control over your words, actions, and responses.Each week will also have an Action Point, where we will focus on the following:

  • Week one Action Point: Self-control is choosing to do what is right when it is not easy."

  • Week two Action Point: Self-control means sometimes saying no to something you want."

  • Week three Action Point: Self-control is thinking about the consequences before."

  • Week four Action Point: Self-control can help me make the right choices.."
