My company matches. How do I get started?
Please indicate on the Foundation Donation Form that your employer matches and provide the requested information. Contact your employer’s Human Resources or Charitable/Grant department to obtain a matching gift form or link to online form. Once forms are completed, we will follow up with your company until the match is received.
