According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, there will be an estimated 8.65 million workers in STEM-related careers in 2018, while the manufacturing sector faces an estimated 600,000 employee shortage. STEAM is an educational approach to learning that combines Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts and Mathematics as access points for guiding student inquiry, dialogue, and critical thinking. The end results are students who take thoughtful risks, engage in experiential learning, persist in problem-solving, embrace collaboration, and work through the creative process. Our Buccaneers are the innovators, educators, leaders, and learners of the 21st Century.

Full STEAM Fridays will be a time for your child to engage in LEGO builds, robotics, coding, technology, engineering challenges, and creative collaborative projects. Come join our fun-filled evenings of wonder and discovery!
